History
The LD Boards were created out of a need for the LD community to have
ideological neutral spam-free, moderated board for there to be open
discussion of debate. Both LDDebate.org and Victory Briefs Daily serve
some of these purposes, but the LD Boards hopes to fill the gaps created
by these LD institutions.
The Board of the Board
While the website is technically owned by Mike Bietz, director of debate at
The Harvard-Westlake Upper School, the direction, content and governance of
the board will be decided upon by an advisory board.
